When entering your private parking, the first thing you notice is the amazing view, such a calm and tranquil rural environment. Two properties on the land - the owners residence to the right plus an independent rental property on the left with complete private amenities. An entrance porch where you can relax outside in the shade or sun - there are three sun loungers to get that holiday tan plus a dining area for up to six guests. On entering the property the kitchen is on the left, with an open concept lounge with air-conditioning - only in the living room. This property only offers some British TV channels and Wifi, Spanish TV is not available. There is a family bathroom and master bedroom, leading off the living area - good size with built-in wardrobe and a king-size bed. On the right side there is a smaller twin room with views of the private pool. Both bedrooms only have ceiling fans. The private pool is round with roman steps for access and a maximum depth of around two meters. In the living room there is a DVD player and a CD player for your use. The bathroom is a three piece with a bath tub, overhead shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. A charcoal BBQ is available and pets are not allowed in the property. Definite recommendation for guests that like to be in nature and do not mind driving up the country for around seven minutes, further by car you are close to everything. Fantastic views and a relaxed rural setting. Good for friends or family holidays.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
