It is located in Arroyo Vaquero urbanisation, just a 10 minute drive from Estepona marina, with its restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. The beach is within a walking distance from this lovely property and the brand new community pool area is just a short walk from the apartment. This apartment comprises of three bedrooms, one with a king size bed and access to the balcony and the second with a king size bed also with access to a second small balcony in the back. The third bedroom is a twin with two single beds and also has access to the balcony. There are two spacious bathrooms (one is en-suite) in the apartment with bath, shower and bidet. The modern styled lounge has comfortable sofa and seating for four guests along with an off-lounge dining table for six. The bright and spacious living room offers a flat screen television with high speed internet access along with an international television package in several languages including Sky. From the lounge you will have access to the large balcony with views through the sea and the residential area. The south-west facing balcony offers a comfortable outside dining area with a gas powered BBQ as well as two sun loungers available, the large balcony gets the sun most of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and oven. Private parking is also available in the underground residential garage plus there is plenty of street parking in the area. All in all, a very comfortable property near to everything that you could require for your holidays.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
