This charming fisherman´s cottage is a great place to stay when spending a holiday in Estepona. It is just a few metres from the beach and close to town and the port. There is street parking to the right of the house however it is not always guaranteed but usually available. The property has been fully modernised and it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen and lounge area. All the rooms have independant air con units for cooling and heating. Two king size beds and a children´s bedroom with a bunkbed. The master bedroom is en-suite and there is a second family bathroom with a walk in shower. The modern open kitchen is well equipped and the lounge area includes a smart TV with a good choice of international programs along with Sky channels. There is also a high speed fibre optic Wifi internet connection for your use. You may also find a lovely indoor dining area for four guests right next to the kitchen and lounge. Going up a flight of steps you gain access to your own large private roof terrace with amazing sea views and dining area with plenty of sunlight all day long. There are two large awnings that may be opened for shade covering the sunloungers and the comfortable seating area next to the small gas powered BBQ. There is also a nice outdoor shower in case you want to cool down or to wash off the sun cream. A small sink with running water is available next to the BBQ for your alfresco meals and at night time, LED lights have been installed to make a lovely environment to spend your evenings. The private roof terrace is a great bonus and you will probably want to spend most of your time in this area. We are sure that you will enjoy this property and regular holiday makers will definitely want to return in the future.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
