This comfortable and renovated air conditioned one bedroom penthouse apartment is located in the Puerto Paraiso apartment complex in the heart of Estepona marina. Offering comfortable accommodation, the apartment consists of a large bedroom with a waterbed of 180cm x 200cm, two flatscreens with international and independant broadcast with films and series for free and plenty of wardrobe space. A lounge with dining area with a sofa bed (if needed for a third guest) and seating for four. The property has a high speed fibre optic connection and a lovely terrace with relaxer seating for five and offers great views over the harbour of Estepona and the Mediterranean sea. There is a bathroom with a small bath with overhead shower, hand basin, lavatory and bidet. In the kitchen, there is a fridge freezer, microwave with grill, kettle coffee machine and toaster. The apartment is within five minutes walk of two supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes and two blue flag sandy beaches offering chiringuito beach bars for serving food and drinks. Two swimming pools are available in the community and open all year round. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
