El saldo restante debe abonarse seis semanas antes de la llegada. El depósito de seguridad se paga a la llegada con tarjeta de crédito; este se devuelve a la misma tarjeta dentro de una semana después de la salida, sujeto a no haber daños o roturas (por ejemplo, toallas sucias por maquillaje). Las propiedades deben dejarse limpias como se encontraron y deben ser tratadas con respeto. Todos los precios están sujetos a una tarifa de reserva. No se aceptan tarjetas American Express. Se cobra un cargo por llegada tardía de 30€ para llegadas a partir de las 8:00 p. m. o de 50€ para llegadas después de medianoche, que se deducirá de su depósito de seguridad si no se paga en efectivo a la llegada.
