A spacious ground floor apartment which has its own very large private terrace on which you will find a dining table four four guests and three sun loungers. The terrace boasts wonderful views across the marina and out to sea. An old-fashioned furnished property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with independent air conditioning units. The lounge area has international TV including Sky along with a high speed fibre optic internet connection plus two comfortable sofas for four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and offers everything that you would expect for your holiday. The dining area is conveniently located right off the kitchen and can also be accessed via the lounge. In the apartment you will find two en-suite bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed and two single beds. The second bedroom has a double bed. The apartment is in a great location for families coming to stay in Estepona port. Two swimming pools are available in the community and open all year round. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
