This good size villa has been furnished with top quality furniture throughout the house and is very well presented. The villa is fully air conditioned and has high-speed wireless internet access with international TV channels including Sky and videos on demand for free. The pretty garden is private and not overlooked. It is a good size and there is enough space for the children to play freely in, do keep in mind that there is no grass next to the pool, it is built on different levels and there are stairs and some drops around the house without railings. The kitchen has been renewed and has a lovely breakfast bar area with two stools and the patio doors open out onto the garden terrace with the Jacuzzi and gas powered BBQ. There are two large leather sofas in the lounge and a tasteful dining area beside the windows. Two of the three bedrooms are en-suite and the fourth en-suite bedroom is located underneath the house perfect for teenagers. One en-suite is also the family bathroom and has a newly renovated walk-in shower and the master en-suite has a shower. There is no problem with parking on the road; however, there is space for secure parking for one car within the gates if required. The pool is to the front of the villa and provides an excellent area to sunbathe. The pool also has a seating area built into the pool so you can sit around a table in the water to help keep cool. There is a good terrace area to the front where you may sit in the shade if required. Altogether, this villa offers lots of facilities and it comes recommended by us.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
